SUE HAMPERSON - Sue is a teenaged sleuth whose knack includes solving mysteries. She has a soft spot for her pet rabbit Rosa, and is usually friendly to anyone she knows is not guilty of a crime committed. That doesn't mean she can't pull punches when needed.

FREDDIE CHUNK - Freddie is Sue's boyfriend. He is usually upbeat, fun-loving and loyal. As the second-in-charge of the mystery-solving cases, he usually assists Sue along the way as he is happy to lend her a hand or two. He enjoys train excursions and is an enthusiastic rail enthusiast..

ROSA - Rosa is the animal companion and is Sue's pet rabbit. She is the most aggressive of the bunch, capable of jumping at enemies to take them down. Her bunny nose can also detect smell that can track down culprits and criminals, like how a detective's dog would.

NORM HAMPERSON - Norm is Sue's father and a bank accountant. Unlike his precocious daughter, he tends to be over-dramatic whenever something terrible happens to him or his beloved, precious computer.

JOHN'S ORIENT EXPRESS - John is a benevolent train engineer whose job is to transport our heroes to wherever they would need to go in order to track down clues along their adventure. He's also known Freddie since his childhood, given that Freddie is a fan of trains.

RADFORD ROQUEFORT - Radford Roquefort is the main villain. He is an anthropomorphic pet laboratory rat whose owner, a brilliant scientist, passed away. His main scheme is to trick innocent people into downloading the latest, which he claimed redistributed, virus to make off money rather than science.

PRAVDA - Radford's female lackey, Pravda was glad to assist Radford in carrying out his evil plans. She also seems to have a grudge against rabbits, especially Rosa.

BIRD BRAIN - Radford's other minion. While not physically strong, he is an intelligent anthropomorphic parrot who serves as Radford's evaluator who judges how his master's evil plans have carried out. He often makes bad-timed jokes and has a bad habit copying his master's plans word-by-word.
